Strategy Consultant, Senior

Key Role:
Work with client counterparts to support public and private organizations in developing their strategies and capabilities through subordinate staff. Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses while leveraging emerging best practices in relevant industries. Employ a hypothesis-driven approach to drive the analysis and manage the development of recommendations for improvement while working in close collaboration with functional practices. Recommend improvements to the client's overall strategy, business plan, organization structure, operations, processes, human capital, culture, IT, and cost structure. Oversee the identification of risk factors and the mitigation of their impact. Focus on achieving improved performance and optimal customer experience. Serve as a senior practitioner who comprehends and has awareness of the functional and analytical expertise required to design and implement solutions across the management consulting capability pillars, including strategy development, organization design and mission support optimization, process improvement, and performance management.

Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with conducting commercial research and analysis or industry best practices and implementing them in a mission setting
-Experience with strategy development, business process reengineering, organization design, knowledge management, or change management in an academic or commercial environment
-Ability to structure complex problems logically and derive insight from ambiguity
-Ability to collaborate across teams
-Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and thrive in a dynamic, high-intensity environment
-Ability to present to senior-level audiences in a persuasive and effective manner
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with sophisticated data analysis
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including writing PowerPoint presentations, conducting stakeholder interviews, and delivering client presentations
-MBA or MA or MS degree
