Supervisory Contract Compliance Analyst

Key Role:

Lead a team of contract closeout professionals in an office of Government Accounting Compliance (GAC). Work toward predetermined long-range targets, act as a prime leader on large programs or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives, develop competency in project and financial management, and be involved in managing teams and formulating business strategy. Guide the progress of projects while mentoring junior staff in both firm and technical competencies. Assess training needs of contract closeout staff and develop appropriate training plans. Develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with resolving contractual issues, including government contract compliance or closeout

-5+ years of experience with supervising contract closeout functions

-3+ years of experience with government contract cost accounting

-Experience with evaluating the training needs of a team and developing an appropriate training plan

-Experience with responding to government audit requests, especially from DCMA and DCAA

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel

-Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and their applications

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with ERP systems, including Deltek, CostPoint, and JAMIS

-Experience with budget preparation and reporting

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
