Supply Chain Risk Analyst

Key Role:
Support civil clients in supply chain risk management (SCRM), Cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), trusted systems and networks (TSN), and software assurance (SwA). Support policy development, integration, and analysis, standards development, and interagency coordination. Leverage knowledge of the systems development life cycle and Cybersecurity to assist with developing techniques and best practices for the DoD to use to mitigate supply chain risks to critical functions and components within national security systems. Analyze the development of whitepapers, talking points, and presentations to communicate SCRM concepts, strategies, and implementation to various groups of stakeholders. Leverage expertise in Cybersecurity and SCRM to tackle cutting-edge applications, including IoT and industrial control systems (ICS) with key industry and interagency stakeholder groups. Work with civil and commercial partners to analyze the development of best practices and synchronize efforts across the interagency. Assist with analyzing procurement tools and techniques to be used by civil components to help mitigate supply chain risk and help with analyzing, establishing, and promulgating software and hardware assurance standards across the department and with interagency partners.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with Cybersecurity
-3+ years of experience with consulting
-3+ years of experience with Cybersecurity policies and regulations

-1+ years of experience with supply chain risk management or risk mitigation
-Experience with hardware or software assurance
-Experience with developing briefings and whitepapers for senior-level clients and briefing clients and team members on technical, policy, and functional issues
-Knowledge of the systems development life cycle

-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with implementing supply chain risk management activities within the civil account
-Experience with international Cybersecurity and IT standards
-Experience with civil and NIST Cybersecurity policies
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Secret clearance preferred
