Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:

Serve as a subject matter expert in drug supply chain management to help lead the business requirements gathering as the client undergoes a transformation and modernization in the drug supply chain track and trace. Maintain responsibility for defining requirements and translating business needs into functional requirements that will need to be coordinated and described to multiple implementation teams across an enterprise systems development environment. Integrate with the development team to define requirements, clarify questions, and assist with testing or coordinating activities across the team to ensure compliance as the client implements technologies supporting the Drug Quality and Security Act. This position is located on client site in the White Oak, MD area.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in working with drug supply chain management

-Experience in developing drug supply chain models, reviewing human drug data standards and policies, and assessing pharmaceutical supply chain components

-Experience with describing data relationships and mappings of information that is derived between multiple systems

-Experience with clarifying requirements using business process models, mockups, and use case diagrams

-Experience in working with enterprise systems and their governance structures, including SDLC, enterprise frameworks, and change control boards

-Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Visio

-Knowledge of current drug supply chain planning and policies, quality engineering, risks, and systems and technologies

-Ability to assess current data management strategies to outline changes in the future based on data standards

-Ability to guide enterprise solution development and work with a development team to coordinate priorities and perform impact assessments

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to be detail-oriented and speak clearly via all channels including phone, email, in person, and written deliverables

-Ability to recommend procedures when coordinating between systems development teams
