Survey Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a member of a client's climate survey team and engage with client staff to research and analyze organizational needs, goals, and potential growth areas. Apply expertise in surveys across all stages of the survey life cycle, including design, administration, analysis, reporting, and action planning. Leverage business acumen to identify and implement appropriate psychometric practices. Leverage knowledge of the employee life cycle and ways in which the workplace environment impacts organizational perceptions. Take survey results to the next level though the implementation of data-driven, enterprise-wide action planning. Maintain responsibility for providing detailed reports for multiple organizational levels, including summaries of item-level findings, identification of organizational strengths and areas for improvement, benchmarking against DoD and federal agencies, and delivering briefings to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with HR, strategic human capital, or industrial and organizational psychology

-Experience with conducting employee climate and customer surveys, including design, development, analysis, and reporting

-Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including demographic data analysis, statistical significance testing, data collection processes, or psychometric best psychology practices

-Experience in consulting with DoD or intelligence community (IC) clients

-Experience with Microsoft Excel

-Ability to brief senior leadership

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail with regards to data output and reporting

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with SPSS software

-Experience with change management methodologies

-Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including analyzing problems, conducting research, synthesizing disparate data sources, and evaluating options for action

-Possession of excellent consulting and client relationship skills
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-MA or MS degree in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Organizational Design and Development, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or Business Administration
