As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape and support near-term targeting modernization efforts and system engineering activities to define targeting SIGINT information needs, assess the most appropriate platforms of the SIGINT process chair to acquire information to satisfy the information request, and ensure SIGINT and Targeting tradecraft conformance. You will engage and help further your client's mission by developing and documenting new targeting strategies and mission processes to improve targeting and secure data sharing, supported by technical diagrams, process and workflow descriptions, and technical documentation. On our team, you’ll be able to broaden your skillset across targeting and access strategies. Demonstrate your leadership skills in stakeholder engagement as you create and maintain project documentation, presentations, tracking, tasking etc. You will also develop and maintain project plans and milestone tracking for targeting projects; propose tasks to support efficiency, modernization or advancement of targeting objectives; provide estimates of scope and timelines for targeting tasks; document and communicate targeting project status effectively to our client's wide range of stakeholders. You Have:

-14+ years of experience with SIGINT

-1+ years of experience with developing and managing project plans, milestones, and schedules and using Microsoft Project or a similar industry standard tool

-Experience with developing CONOPs, capability level, functional, interface, and data dictionary requirements

-Experience with defining and modeling business processes and workflows and identifying mechanisms and approaches for process improvement or automation

-Experience with user level competence in the use of Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of the SIGINT life cycle

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BS degree or 19+ years of experience with SIGINT in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree


Nice If You Have:

-Experience with SIGINT legal compliance policies and collection authorities

-Experience with targeting, data flow, or related mission systems

-Experience in working with SIGINT targeting, collection management capabilities, or related mission systems

-Experience with SharePoint and Atlassian suite of products, including Confluence and JIRA

-Experience in working with external IC or foreign partners in a SIGINT environment

-Knowledge of metadata tagging and smart data as it relates to Cloud-related technologies

-Knowledge of a general distributed processing methodology, Cloud-based architectures and technology, and organizational development and design


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
