System Security Architect, Senior

Key Role:

Develop and maintain architecture products using system architecture tools. Interact with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and clients to integrate the government reference architecture with junior segment architectures. Develop system and subsystem requirements. Analyze requirements from DoD governance documents. Prepare and present engineering analysis, implications, and recommendations. 

Basic Qualifications: 

-9 years of experience as a senior systems engineer or security architect on a program with a large and complex ICD 503 accredited computer network with diverse worldwide locations

-Experience with managing the development, maintenance, and sustainment of trusted computing systems with multi-level security and compartmented-mode operations

-Experience with EVM methodology and reporting to monitor status, cost, schedule, and technical performance

-Experience with systems and architecture modeling and design and as a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE)

-Experience with network equipment, protocols, and network protection technology solutions

-Experience with proactive assessments of a complex accredited network, including analysis of operating system vulnerability and correction or mitigation strategies

-Experience with Agile software development or Agile systems engineering, VMware or datacenter virtualization technologies, and VoIP technologies or Cisco Unified Communications

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree in Management, Engineering, CS, Mathematics, or Physics 

-Open Group Certified Architect, Certified IT Architect, Architecture Framework, and Service Oriented Architecture Architect Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with designing security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge

-Experience in creating solutions that balance business requirements with information and Cybersecurity requirements

-Experience with Agile or DevOps software development life cycle implementation and optimization

-Experience with Cybersecurity and risk management in multiple level secure environment

-ITIL Certification

-INCOSE Certification
