Systems Administrator

Key Role:

Serve on a deployable command and control (C2) system. Setup and teardown, maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems. Provide planning for system administration updates and validate information assurance patches. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance. Open, update, and support the close out of trouble tickets. Support the overall operation and maintenance of deployable C2 systems and onsite technical support of fielded C2 systems by providing onsite troubleshooting support, maintenance, setup, upgrade, and operation of fielded systems. Develop resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience in system administration, setup, and sustainment support of deployable C2 programs, including DJC2 or other deployable programs of a similar level of scope

-Active Top Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED required

-DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification

-CompTIA Security+, MCSE, or MCSA Certification or Training

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with using Microsoft Office

-Experience with computers and trouble ticket software, including Remedy

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree preferred
