You Have:

-10+ years of experience with performing component-level design, systems engineering, and technical program or project management work in a professional environment

-Experience with working on complex aerospace or aviation development programs sponsored by major federal clients, including the DoD, NASA, FAA, or NOAA

-Experience in navigating both technical and non-technical discussions with individuals from a variety of backgrounds

-Ability to interact with senior-level government and industry management

-Ability to research concepts, comprehend raw-data, synthesize information, and draw conclusions from complex technical reports

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary, and collaborative team environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BS degree in EE, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering

Nice If You Have:

-1-2 years of experience with management consulting

-Experience with developing and executing program management plans

-Experience with performing system safety assessments on aerospace or aviation systems, and root cause analyses

-Experience with performing innovative technical and management concepts formulation

-Experience with the FAA, including in one or more architectural domains, such as Automation, Communication, Navigation, Surveillance, and Avionics

-Experience with new entrants, including commercial space, UAS, and SST

-Experience with technology transfer and commercialization

-Knowledge of flight hardware and software development, including mechanical and electrical systems RDT&E, and aerospace or aviation systems engineering

-Ability to assess complex customer environments and formulate integrative solutions, including whitepapers

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
