You Have:

-Experience with using CI uses cases to detect threats

-Knowledge of security monitoring and forensic analysis techniques

-Ability to ensure the logical and systematic conversion of requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints

-Ability to lead capability presentations and conduct needs assessments

-Ability to identify and meet with potential audit service customers and develop relationships with key partners

-Ability to interface with a technical team

-Ability to work across organizations and promote cross-functional teaming

-Ability to prepare communications materials, whitepapers, and capability documents

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree and 10 years of experience with systems engineering or 14 years of experience with systems engineering in lieu of a degree


Nice If You Have:

-Experience in working with multiple external IC partners

-Experience with IC Cloud technologies, including AWS/C2S and DevOps

-Experience as an application service provider to the IC

-Knowledge of Big Data processing architectures

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
