You Have:

-8+ years of experience in the DoD

-Experience with Battle Management Command and Control (C2) and communications programs

-Experience with the Defense Acquisitions University (DAU) program life cycle management and transition

-Experience with the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) process supporting rapid acquisition and analysis of the development of acquisition guidance and policies for the USAF

-Knowledge of airborne intelligence solutions, airborne communications and networks, and enterprise intelligence solutions

-Ability to develop and maintain schedules and roadmaps supporting rapid fielding, M&S, experimentation, and demonstration of emerging BMC2 concepts and capabilities

-Ability to identify and mitigate programmatic risk factors, manage performance and schedules, and analyze budgets for complex technical deliverables to meet USAF requirements for both emerging and current programs of record

-Ability to provide complex technical briefings to senior leadership

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice to Have:

-Experience with AFSIM or other AF simulation toolkits

-Experience with Python, Java, R, or C/C++

-Ability to analyze data sets and write analytics to draw conclusions

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
