You Have:

-3+ years of experience with systems administration

-2+ years of experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) authentication services

-Knowledge of multi-factor authentication solutions

-Knowledge of basic computer operations

-Ability to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks

-Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for RSA token requests or gather information related to RSA token problems for escalation to the next level, including Tier II or Tier III

-Ability to maintain, hand out, and take returns of RSA tokens for users from each kiosk at the customer site per DoD scorecard and STE or STN, including CSPid mission requirements

-Ability to update all customer systems for tracking trouble requests

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree and 14 years of experience as a systems engineer or 19 years of experience as a systems engineer in lieu of a degree
