You Have:

-8+ years of experience as a systems engineer

-Experience with applications and implementations of Acquisition Category (ACAT) I – III programs using DoD 5000 series directives and instructions

-Experience with providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex hardware or software systems, including requirements elicitation, analysis, and functional allocation

-Experience with conducting systems requirements reviews

-Experience with developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, and assessing and quantifying risk

-Experience with performing technical or non-technical assessment and management and end-to-end flow analysis

-Experience with developing scenarios or threads and an operational concept that describes the interactions between the system, the user, and the environment that satisfies operational, support, maintenance, and disposal needs

-Experience with conducting quantitative analysis in non-functional system performance areas, including reliability, maintainability, vulnerability, survivability, and producibility

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Nice If You Have:

-Experience with managing and ensuring the technical integrity of the system baseline over time, continually updating it as various changes are imposed on the system during the lifecycle, from development through deployment and operations and maintenance

-Experience with supporting the planning and test analysis of the DoD Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process, including other government C&A processes

-Experience with test and evaluation

-Knowledge of risk management principles

-BA or BS degree in System Engineering, Engineering Science, or Engineering Management preferred

-Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Program Management Level I Certification or higher a plus

-Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
