You Have:

-Ability to collaborate with cross functional integrated product teams (IPTs) within the program office among each of the engineering functions, including survivability, software, mobility, program management, logistics, and testing

-Ability to support high level program management reviews, staff calls, systems engineering integration team (SEIT) meetings, risk reviews, production updates, logistics, and test coordination

-Ability to provide input to systems engineering on PSPEC requirements, program milestone documentation, contract data requirements lists (CDRLs), program design variances, and configuration management

-Ability to write information papers or whitepapers and prepare briefings responding to leadership inquiries 

-Ability to participate in developmental test activities, including performance specification verification, failure analysis or corrective action, and implementation of test fixes

-Ability to review and provide comments on drawings

-Ability to provide technical advice to the many ongoing activities defined in the scope of work

-Ability to travel to production facilities and test sites
-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BS degree in Engineering

Nice If You Have:
-5 years of experience with engineering in a DoD work environment
-Knowledge of Army organization and acquisition processes
-Secret clearance

-MS degree in Engineering or a related field
-PE, CSEP, PMP, or other relevant certifications
