You Have:

-Experience with the functional decomposition of industrial and non-industrial processes and systems

-Knowledge of human reliability analysis and human reliability modeling
-Ability to comprehend the human-in-the-loop for critical control and operating systems

-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience in a defense department work environment, including a Combatant Command

-Experience in working with multiple intelligence types

-Experience with human factors engineering

-Knowledge of human reliability analysis methods, including SPAR-H, CREAM, THERP, or others

-Knowledge of industrial and commercial processes, including electric power, chemical and petroleum plants, air traffic control, or industrial control systems

-Possession of excellent adaptability skills, including adapting background and perspective to expertise in a new direction

-TS/SCI clearance
-MS degree in an engineering field


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
