Tactical System Emulator Classroom Site Lead

Key Role:

Provide system administration and Information System Security Officer (ISSO) functions for Air Force owned, Tactical System Emulator (TSE) computer systems in support of classified training for military personnel and downrange operations. Provide ongoing systems maintenance, including auditing procedures, anti-virus updates, and supporting software updates and patching. Ensure proper system usage and access control through adding, removing, and maintaining user and administrator accounts. Design, develop, and modify TSE training scenarios to maximize training effectiveness through use of the TSE system and associated software. Operate the TSE system and associated software in support of DoD instructors to facilitate training, testing, and certification of military personnel. Provide training on TSE system and software usage to DoD instructors and appointed active-duty TSE personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with Air Force or military force command ISR operations

-3+ years of experience with SIGINT or Airborne-ISR operations and operational SIGINT training programs

-Ability to work a non-standard schedule to meet mission and client requirements

-Ability to obtain Information Assurance Management (IAM) - DoDD 8570 Level 1 Certification, including Security+

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-AA or AS degree

-Completion of Operations, Tradecraft, and Training (OTT)-approved Mode Certification Training program within the last 2 years

Additional Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with instructing SIGINT or Airborne-ISR systems

-Experience with facilitating Tactical System Emulator technology 

-BA or BS degree

-DoD 8570 Compliant Certification, including Security+ or higher
