Key Role:
Design and develop interactive courseware for customer training. Ensure the integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans. Convert written material and training requirements into interactive courseware. Develop flow diagrams and storyboards. Design instructionally sound lessons in a variety of delivery media. Interact with the customer and subject matter experts to ensure the technical accuracy of instructional content. Develop manuals, workbooks, and audio and video tapes and discs.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with Air Force Intelligence
-Experience with supporting a site–specific mission design series at the tactical unit level
-Experience with Tactics Analysis and Review Program (TARP) and Tactics and Adversary Studies Element (TASE)
-Knowledge of USAF and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures and tactics analysis programs
-Ability to explain and demonstrate abstract concepts with concrete examples
-Ability to design student–centric classroom events to enhance learning
-Ability to prepare, update, and publish course academics, including lesson plans, syllabi, and academic schedules
-Ability to present course academics in a professional military classroom setting
-TS/SCI clearance
-AA or AS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience as an instructor preferred
-Ability to attend to administrative details and assist with registrar functions, as required
-Ability to manage classroom environment, including status of classroom information technology, systems, tools, applications, and audio–visual equipment
-Ability to process student graduation reports
-Ability to analyze student feedback and training evaluation materials to identify training shortfalls
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent time management and analysis skills
-BA or BS degree a plus
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
