As our Talent Acquisition Analytics and Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for using data to tell the story in a meaningful way to diverse audiences. You will assist the organization in identifying trends, understanding findings, and delivering solutions.

You Will:

-Design, develop, analyze, and maintain Talent Acquisition critical reports and dashboards that assist the organization with identifying successes and opportunities for improvement

-Perform quality control and data reconciliation

-Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the business to improve reporting functionality and impact

-Support Talent Acquisition and HR Team in maximizing on all associated technology and tools

-Use data to ‘tell the story’ in a meaningful and simple way to diverse groups of professionals to include Executives, HR professionals, and Hiring Managers

-Partner with Senior Leaders in HR and across the business to make informed decisions to complex business problems, using provided data and analysis

You Have:

-5+ years of experience with data analytics, SQL, Excel, and Tableau

-Experience with SQL to develop complex queries acquiring data from various sources

-Experience with designing, developing, analyzing, and maintaining Talent Acquisition business critical reports and dashboards

-Experience with presenting data, analysis, and recommendations to diverse groups in a meaningful way to help inform talent acquisition strategies

-Knowledge of recruiting processes and importance of an exceptional candidate experience

-Ability to assess and respond to ad-hoc client requests

-Ability to show sense of urgency and excellent attention to detail

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, collaborate, and communicate with others

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-2+ years of experience with Workday

-Experience with Avature CRM and other Avature solutions

-Experience in working with the government contracting industry
