Talent Mobility Strategy Planning Analyst

Key Role:

Play a key role in an internal team by supporting operational performance and workforce analyses, business model design and implementation, and transformational change strategies. Collect and synthesize operational data and create insights to inform the business' model-organizational structure, process design, and future technology strategy. Analyze workforce data to inform deployment strategies. Analyze performance data and develop reports to measure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the business model. Synthesize survey data and other tools to inform and develop change strategies. Deploy expertise in research, analytics, and general counsel to activities adjacent to the team’s scope.


Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with supporting strategy, business model, and organizational process analyses

-Experience with structuring, modeling, and analyzing complex data sets and delivering insights and recommendations

-Experience with using Microsoft Excel to create detailed analytical models, including complex formulas, pivots, and conditional formatting and performing scenario analyses

-Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, identify issues, recommend solutions proactively, communicate findings clearly, and provide detailed recommendations to senior audiences

-Ability to synthesize findings into cogent executive-level presentations

-Ability to apply problem-solving and analytical expertise, prioritize work streams appropriately, and move among differing tasks quickly

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with consulting

-Experience with workforce analytics and planning

-Experience with conducting secondary and primary source research using industry tools, including Bgov, Infobase, GovWin, and USASpending

-Experience with the Booz Allen accelerator environment

-Knowledge of internal Booz Allen
