Target Development Analyst

Key Role:

Work as a member of an accomplished contractor government team on client site, perform AF targeting functions, including translate commander's guidance into targeting objectives, perform target development activities using all-source analysis techniques such as target system analysis. Conduct multi-source research and analysis to optimize weaponeering, including force support, execution planning and assessment. Provide actionable fused, multi-source intelligence analysis with special emphasis on kinetic effects against a variety of target systems. Serve as a subject matter expert on all kinetic target issues and participate in Air Force, and Joint forums represent client's interest in targeting analysis. Participate in CNAF, Air Component, and crisis action response exercises and real-world contingencies. Articulate unique collection requirements needed for targeting analysis supported by the client. This position is located at Langley AFB, Virginia.


Basic Qualifications:
-4 years of experience with AF or Joint targeting

-Experience with assess, integrate multi-source, multi-intelligence, including open-source to produce targeting products and services

-Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Access and Excel
-Experience with the integrated employment of the core capabilities of electronic warfare, including computer network operations, psychological operations, military deception and operations security, concert with specified support

-Ability to disrupt, corrupt or usurp adversarial human and automated decision making
-AA or AS degree with 4 years of experience with intelligence or targeting
-TS/SCI clearance


Additional Qualifications:.
-Knowledge of Joint military operations, tactics, and doctrine
-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-BA or BS degree or MA or MS degree in operational intelligence
-Graduate of service or Joint Targeting course


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
