Tasking/Requirements Manager

Key Role:

Work with organizations to redesign business processes. Provide clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes. Assist with the analysis and implementation of process improvements as a member of the project team. Develop expertise in a particular industrial specialty and strengthen project management expertise. Support practice development initiatives and assist the business development team with writing proposals. Interact daily with junior- to middle-level client staff for information and data collection and participate in client meetings. Supervise and review the work of junior personnel and provide training.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with supporting DoD or IC intelligence operations

-Experience with planning and task management or analysis

-Experience with supporting the military or military clients

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with intelligence requirements or tasking
-Experience as an executive officer supporting a major DoD organization

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
