Technical Business Process Analyst, Mid

Key Role:
Serve as a business process analyst supporting a DoD client and staff of over 1000 personnel. Interface with the client and provide customer service, requirements capture, solutions development, solutions testing, and training. Document and map business processes to support DoD organizations. Capture business processes and requirements, analyze processes, and identify areas of improvement. Support Information Management (IM) and Knowledge Management (KM).

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with supporting customer service needs, including submitting trouble tickets and account requests and capturing client issues and requirements

-2+ years of experience with conducting training with collaboration tools and processes using tools that include SharePoint

-2+ years of experience with providing user support with designing and maintaining SharePoint site collections, lists, document libraries, permissions, and other customizations

-2+ years experience with capturing capability requirements from users and acting as a liaison with the technical development staff to turn requirements into solutions, including providing training on developed solutions

-2+ years of experience with supporting the management of data and information for an organization

-Experience with promoting KM principles, knowledge sharing best practices, and supporting change management within an organization

-Experience with training client users on how to use SharePoint and custom SharePoint web parts developed to support a particular requirement and developing communications, including draft messages and announcements for Web site changes, outages, and collaborative tool deployments

-Experience with managing SharePoint permissions on unclassified, classified, and Coalition SharePoint portals

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree or 4+ years of experience with the military in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the US Marine Corps

-KM or Change Management Certifications preferred
