Technical Cyber Strategy Leader, Senior

Key Role:

Lead client work delivery and grow business across a range of commercial markets, including automotive, financial services, oil and gas, and healthcare. Work with organizations to determine the Cyber risk environment, identify opportunities, craft program strategy, and analyze the development of tactical action plans for organizations to achieve their overall Cybersecurity objectives to support the business. Lead diverse teams of management consultants and engineers to develop high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment and serve as the primary interface with senior clientele. Serve as a part of Booz Allen’s commercial market leadership team, conduct business development by determining market needs, establish new business opportunities, and lead pursuit activities. Play a lead role in attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent.

Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience with Cybersecurity in organizationas

-5+ years of experience with commercial consulting

-5+ years of experience with designing and implementing security capabilities, including network security architecture, endpoint detection, identity and access management, and vulnerability management

-Experience with top Cyber standards and frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001 and working for consulting firms

-Experience with using Microsoft Office to develop high-end, polished PowerPoint decks expected of strategy consulting firms

-Knowledge of risk management fundamentals

-Ability to confidently guide conversations with executives in different situations and provide substantive narrative input into proposals and marketing content

-Ability to distill and articulate complex messages in written and oral forms for technical and non-technical audiences

-Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

-BBA or BS degree in MIS or CS

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working through both the strategic and technical aspects of Cybersecurity

-Experience with conducting business development activities across the consulting life cycle, including ideation, lead generation, pursuit, deal closure, and relationship management

-Ability to foster positive client relationships in a way that promotes trust and grows revenue potential

-MBA, MA, or MS degree
