Technical Program Manager, Senior Manager

Key Role:

Oversee the technical delivery of complex integration efforts, manage deliverables, interface with clients and staff, and manage risks. Serve as a senior technical leader of a cutting digital solutions team focused on driving software creation, meeting client challenges, innovation, and talent development. Provide technical thought leadership based on industry trends and drive relevant innovation to scale the firm’s digital capabilities and solutions. Lead large, diverse teams of technical staff, including software engineers, Cloud architects, systems administrators, security personnel, software testers, and project managers. Apply expertise in digital or systems delivery and infrastructure operations methodologies and tools, including Agile, DevOps, and Cloud and provide client delivery, including writing whitepapers and technical approaches. Build teams by attracting, hiring, maturing, advancing, and retaining top talent. Work with a team of experts to build new business with clients in the DoD market. This position is located in McLean, VA.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with all SDLC aspects, including designing, developing, maintaining, improving, and leading software development and technology transformation projects

-5+ years of experience with customer relationship management (CRM), direct client engagement, and business development

-5+ years of experience with leading high-performing development teams

-2+ years of experience with DevOps and delivery pipelines

-Experience with the development of new solutions, service offerings, and game-changing innovations, from ideation to build to go-to-market

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with leading the development of enterprise solutions for federal IT contracting and technology

-Experience with leading large federal technology programs with teams of 10 or more staff

-Experience with employing Agile methodologies, including Scrum Masters in large and small teams

-Experience with Cloud infrastructures, SaaS, and PaaS

-Experience with software engineering and network design

-Experience with developing and driving cross cutting capabilities or solutions

-Ability to be well-versed in modern software frameworks, development techniques, methods, and technologies

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-Active Top Secret clearance preferred
-MS degree in Engineering, CS, or Business Administration

-PMP or ITIL Certification
