Technical Program Manager/Strategist

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for planning and managing programs to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals on consulting engagements. Act as a project team leader, review user and technical requirements, identify tasks, assign and coordinate resources, and create and track project schedules. Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Work on advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state–of–the–art technical knowledge or industry. Maintain responsibility for understanding business strategy and its connection and dependency on technology to define operating models, enterprise architecture, and transformation roadmaps. Apply knowledge of best practices, industry landscapes, and emerging technologies and leverage these to develop innovative business solutions and perform as the in–house expert on specific technologies. Take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital, assist with project and financial management, and take a lead role in advising teams and formulating business strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

-11+ years of experience with supporting the IC community or other US agencies

-7+ years of experience with program management, strategic implementation, and technical business strategy

-Experience with stakeholder management

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

-Ability to conduct independent research

-TS/SCI clearance

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with DoD or IC international programs 

-Experience in working with NGA

-Experience with resolving highly sensitive and complex problems

-Possession of excellent written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-BA or BS degree in International Affairs or a related field
