Technical Program Manager

Key Role:

Deliver Cybersecurity, systems engineering, and program support services to a large-scale military health client. Advise on network engineering and system design to support the warfighter's medical readiness. Drive greater integration of clinical and business processes across military health. Ensure health IT performance is driven to maximum availability and efficiency through technically capable support teams with specialized expertise in supporting clinical applications and toolsets used by military health providers. 

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with supporting information assurance or computer network defense programs, including equipment, system, and program support

-8+ years of experience with program management, including technology assessments, infrastructure operations, systems analysis, programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning analysis

-5+ years of experience as an information assurance or computer network defense projects manager, including expertise in federal acquisition regulations (FARs) and DoD procurement policies and procedures

-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Physical Sciences, Zoology, Information Security, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Business, or Health Sciences

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with sponsor or command leadership at the GS-12, O-3, or equivalent level and site leadership at the GS-15, O6, or equivalent level

-Experience with supervising, planning for, and leading a technical or engineering team in a technical area
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
