Technical Project Manager

Key Role:

Build and manage project teams in the delivery of software solutions. Maintain responsibility for a project’s plans, financials, and contractual commitments. Work with teams to identify, manage, and escalate risks, provide human leadership, direction, and purpose, and ensure that they have what they need to deliver.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience as a project manager, Scrum Master, or technical lead to drive value-added technical solutions to clients

-Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies and presenting technical deliverables, analysis, and recommendations

-Experience with leading a technical project team of architects, developers, testers, and other staff 

-Knowledge of user-centered design, Lean principles, Agile processes, emerging technology, and market trends

-Ability to comprehend and communicate complex and technical concepts quickly

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

-Agile Certification as a PMI-ACP, CSM, or ICAgile Certified Professional

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with crafting a vision and corresponding client experiences to communicate an end goal to internal teams and value to clients

-Experience with digital agency, consulting, or entrepreneurial expertise preferred

-Knowledge of user experience, data analysis, and technical and business issues

-Ability to develop product strategies and communicate recommendations to executives effectively

-Ability to influence cross-functional teams to work in harmony and achieve a common goal
