Technical Quality and Risk Senior Manager

Key Role:

Play a key role within the Booz Allen quality organization which oversees the entire quality program for the firm. Participate broadly toward forwarding the goals of the program and perform duties, including participating in the examination of client-facing systems, services, and project delivery. Maintain responsibility for preparing, reviewing, and monitoring a portfolio of technical programs and projects, including analytics, systems or software, engineering, and Cybersecurity initiatives and providing summary analyses regarding the organization’s condition and evolving portfolio risks through meetings and reviews with firm-wide management, program or project managers, senior executives, and market leads, and analyses, including the review of organizational reports, participating on and leading onsite assessments, and interviewing both senior internal and client leadership. Prepare communications for management, informing them on organizational technical risk and quality posture across the institution’s portfolio of systems, suppliers, programs, and projects. Create a culture of quality consciousness that strives to continually learn and improve and perform additional duties, including risk and quality management instructional development and delivery, personnel supervision, goal development and guidance to staff, recruiting and hiring recommendations, and working sessions to continuously improve quality and risk review processes.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience in directly working with data analytics, Cybersecurity, engineering, and science or systems or software development

-Experience with technical quality or risk management

-Experience with interfacing with technical and management personnel at all levels

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree or 4+ additional years of experience in directly working with data science or data analytics and Cybersecurity, engineering, and science or systems or software disciplines

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with industry quality standards and certifications, including ISO or CMMI

-Possession of excellent analytical, independent thinking, and decision-making skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree or certification in technical disciplines

-PMP and other relevant certifications
