Technical Support Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Manage computer services, accounts, and operational issues for 200+ comptroller users and act as a point of contact and assistant customer technical representative (ACTR). Resolve day-to-day operational issues, order new computers or accounts, install new computers, request changes to existing services, and communicate guidance from a customer technical representative (CTR). Support the annual seat refresh effort by facilitating the delivery and installation of new assets, software, and peripherals. Support end-of-year audit of seats and rollover of seats and services to the new fiscal year’s contract. Manage all wireless assets, including government-issued iPhones and air cards, printers, scanners, and telephone services. Work closely with the administrative officer (AO) and Facilities Working Group Representative (FWGR) on computer matters. Act as liaison with identity and access managers (IAMs), ensure Information Assurance (IA) compliance by preparing and submitting required IA forms and by facilitating any required IA training, and support client emergent requirements, as needed. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with computer services and accounts

-Experience with providing technical support to end-users

-Experience with ordering equipment or services

-Experience with managing Web Site Portal support and access

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Secret clearance required

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a Navy Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR)

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-BS degree in IT or CS

-Security+ Certification
