You Have:

-8+ years of experience with IT as a Web application developer using object-oriented programming languages, including .NET or C# for application development
-8+ years of experience with Web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

-8+ years of experience with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
-Experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, and Team Foundation Server
-Experience with the Agile development methodology

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with the Unified Modeling Language (UML)

-Experience with Ajax frameworks or controls

-Experience with reading, writing, and programmatically manipulating XML

-Experience with developing Web Services

-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and techniques

-Experience with a UI component, including Telerik, DevExpress, and Flash

-Knowledge software design patterns

-Possession of excellent analytical skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Public Trust clearance

-BA or BS degree in CS or IT
