Technician/Project Manager Lead

Key Role:

Manage and direct technical project or program personnel to ensure objectives are met with top quality and levels of performance. Provide recommendations that assist with the management and control over theater Army communications system basing transformation initiatives, information management systems architecture, and long-range modernization plans. Assist with the development and recommend long-range plans that support theater Army user information systems requirements and architectures to meet DoD, joint, DA, and other pertinent operational and doctrinal standards. Provide information systems perspectives as part of theater Army and supported GCC strategic planning to align the command's information systems investment strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

-8 years of experience with providing project supervision and management for major program activities within the last 10 years

-3 years of experience with directly providing written evaluations of system concepts, system designs, and system support program proposals with the goal of recommending actions for optimizing system performance, including assisting with evaluations of technical and production performance

-Ability to manage a diverse project team

-Active Secret clearance

-BA degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with managing contract compliance, project schedules, and financials

-Experience with Microsoft Office suite

-Ability to write and present oral and written materials

-Ability to travel domestically and internationally

-Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification
