Technology Business Management Consultant, Mid

Key Role:
Work under limited supervision to translate an executive vision into technical requirements and subsequent deliverables, conduct operations and financial analysis, develop insights and recommendations, gather functional and business requirements, and rapidly translate that information into a working set of operational and financial models, dashboards, and management reports. Collaborate with IT executives, and budget and finance professionals on IT total cost of ownership, financial metrics, and cost transparency initiatives and facilitate communication with business information officers and other IT executives. Operationalize data monthly by loading, validating, and reviewing it on a timely basis and perform a month-end process, request and upload financial & IT datasets, perform financial reconciliations, and solve model fallouts with appropriate stakeholders. Support data quality assessments, execute data quality assessment, and report on financial and IT datasets, including detailing all identified issues and correction actions needed per the framework already in place. Support the management of stakeholders, including ensuring stakeholders are aligned business processes are articulated and suggesting improvement opportunities to the consulting project leader based on insights extracted from analysis. Create effective presentations and other project documents that convey findings, insights, and recommendations and create a relationship with the appropriate client personnel to capture and monitor financial and operational savings as the engagement moves through its life cycle.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with analytical and Big Data analysis 
-Experience with using analytics to Import, transform, and rationalize data from systems of record, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, eCPIC, OPPM, Centralized Application Repository, and Asset Manager
-Experience with ITIL or financial or service management
-Knowledge of IT infrastructure domains, including data centers, network and communications, server usage, virtual environments, storage, and application development
-Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes and best practices, including budgeting analysis, cost allocations, capital and operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application and infrastructure support
-Ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple levels of management and staff across the organization under limited supervision
-BA or BS degree
