Technology Business Management Practitioner, Mid

Key Role:
Translate an executive vision into technical requirements and subsequent deliverables, gather functional and business requirements, and translate that information into a working set of operational and financial models, dashboards, and management reports rapidly. Import, transform, and rationalize data from systems of record, including general ledgers, fixed assets, eCPICs, OPPMs, centralized application repositories, and asset managers. Operationalize data monthly by loading, validating, and reviewing it on a timely basis, request and upload financial and IT data sets, perform financial reconciliations, and solve model fallouts with the appropriate stakeholders. Perform data quality assessments, execute data quality assessments and reports on financial and IT datasets detailing all identified issues and correction actions needed according to the framework already in place, and conduct stakeholder alignments, including enabling stakeholder articulation to follow through with data set corrections to leverage data quality improvement, such as CMDB. Optimize the TBM process, including continuous improvement of the month-end process aiming to reduce and automate the work required to validate and upload data, including the data link connector. Suggest improvement opportunities to the TBM consulting project leader based on insights extracted from analysis and create effective presentations and other project documents that convey findings, insights, and recommendations. Create a relationship with the appropriate client personnel to capture and monitor both financial and operational savings as the engagement moves through its life cycle.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with advanced Big Data analysis
-Knowledge of IT infrastructure domains, including data centers, network and communications, server usage, virtual environments, storage, and application development
-Knowledge of ITIL, financial management, and service management 
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes and best practices, including budgeting, cost allocations, capital and operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application and infrastructure support
-Ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple levels of management and staff across the organization
-MA or MS degree

-Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME) Certification
