Technology Transition Analyst

Key Role:
Collect information on Center projects, synthesize data, and develop reports and briefings for senior-level officials. Track COEs technical performance and business focused milestones in conjunction with the OUP financial analyst to support the identification of challenges and opportunities. Prepare annual transition reports for programs supported. Track milestones, commitments, obligations, and expenditures for contracts and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for the PM. Assist with developing and drafting statements of work and other acquisition-related documents for contracts and solicitations and coordinate responses for financial reports required by the office of the CFO. Support response efforts to data calls and executive secretary tasks, as assigned and research, gather, and document findings for requests. Coordinate outreach to stakeholders and facilitate contacts between researchers, DHS stakeholders, and potential end-users.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with technology development transfer, intellectual property, business intelligence, and competitive analysis

-Experience with marketing, research, and strategic analysis

-Experience with performing onsite client support and stakeholder relationship management

-Experience with program management, including recommending program strategy, reviewing work plans and project reports, tracking finances, and monitoring milestones

-Experience with academic engagement and gap analysis

-Experience with data visualization

-Knowledge of conducting economic assessments and business model appraisals

-Secret clearance required

-MBA or MS degree required

Additional Qualifications

-MBA or MS degree in a STEM field preferred
