Technology Transition Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Support the client’s transition program manager (PM) in the development and implementation of technology development frameworks and transition pathways for homeland security research and development. Maintain responsibility for analyzing the development of office policies, frameworks, standard operating procedures, best practices, and approaches to monitoring and communicating efforts and conducting market research on key technology areas. Collect information on Center projects, synthesize data, develop reports, track technical performance and business milestones, prepare annual transition reports, assist with the development and drafting of SOWs, and support and coordinate responses to senior leadership, stakeholders, and researchers.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with business intelligence, and technology development and transfer

-10 years of experience with intellectual property, marketing, research, and strategic analysis

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent visualization skills

-DHS Suitability clearance a plus
-MBA or MS degree in a STEM-related field preferred
