Test and Evaluation Engineer

Key Role:
Deliver project management, systems engineering, and test and evaluation (T&E) services to an Army Intelligence Acquisition Category 1 (ACAT 1) program. Support execution of the T&E strategy for an Army system undergoing incremental development and minimize program costs and support system evaluation events with the Army testing community. Maintain responsibility for requirements analysis, including the DoD Acquisition Framework (DoDAF), workflow development analysis, test planning, schedule development and analysis, cost management, stakeholder management, and leading technical and developmental testing. Leverage expertise in analytics to work in a fast-paced production environment.  

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with software testing methodologies, including test design and development
-Experience with managing independent testing to verify and validate contractor developed products
-Experience with developing Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) and approval through Army and Defense clients
-Knowledge of Army program acquisition milestones and supporting evaluations, including Developmental Tests (DTs) and Operational Tests (OTs)
-Ability to write and maintain clear, concise documentation
-Ability to communicate and coordinate with geographically disparate stakeholders
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with supporting DoD programs, including DCGS-A software system a plus
-Ability to be a team player and drive collaborative efforts to improve product quality
-Ability to comprehend a workflow and work with the team to improve product quality
-BS degree in Information Science, CS, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
