Test and Integration Engineer, Senior

Key Role: 
Work with Booz Allen colleagues and government clients in the GPS directorate to integrate large-scale projects through ground, space, and user segments. Review and analyze contractor integration, system, and regression level test plans, test procedures, and test reports to support software changes to existing systems and environments and review and analyze enterprise integration test plans, test procedures, and test reports to support software changes to existing systems and environments. Support multiple test documentation products with rapidly changing client priorities, witness contractor, enterprise, and independent test efforts, provide expertise and analysis of the test process, and solve issues with technical performance, cost, schedule, and risk due to integration and test. Lead technical teams in solving a variety of client problems regarding requirements verification, software development testing, schedule synchronization, integration, and system testing. Support discussions during the test planning phase to ensure requirements are thorough, agreed upon, and validated by the client and propose proactive and effective issue resolution based on functional and technical expertise. Prepare, process, and review various acquisition documentation to ensure compliance with established processes and policies. Manage interfaces with multiple projects, develop technical reports, make recommendations to senior DoD clients, work with government and corporate stakeholders to implement recommended solutions, and support technical proposals and business development initiatives. This position is located in El Segundo, CA.
 

Basic Qualifications: 
-8+ years of experience with leading and managing engineering projects and system tests and evaluations
-Experience in managing multiple projects and working with other program managers
-Experience with government development test planning and execution
-Experience with resolving and tracking technical, schedule, and cost issues
-Experience with briefing senior government leadership with issues and solutions
-Experience with requirement verification plans, test asset needs, and operational test support
-Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
-Knowledge of interface control documents and impacts to external interfaces
-Active TS/SCI clearance 
-BA or BS degree
 

Additional Qualifications: 
-Experience with the military space, C4ISR, and Cybersecurity domains 
-Experience with DoD ground systems
-Experience with the DoD acquisition system 
-Experience with GPS technologies and systems
-Experience with AFMAN 63-119 processes
-Experience with TEMP development and approval
-MS degree preferred
