Test and Training Manager

Key Role:

Design and analyze developmental and operational test and training activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making or resource allocation. Leverage advanced knowledge of modeling and measuring techniques, mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematical techniques, and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines in determining solutions. Apply the execution of a test and evaluation management plan. Coordinate with multiple organizations in the DoD to schedule, coordinate, and execute complex multi-domain test events. Draft test plans and test reports for peer and government review. Work with a training team, travel worldwide to provide advanced tactical instruction to Air Force, Army, Navy, and client war fighters on the use of a complex multi-domain command and control application.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with operational or developmental test plans, test and evaluation management plans, training program development, and platform instruction

-Experience with Microsoft Office applications

-Knowledge of DoD test practices and training procedures, Joint Planning Doctrine (JP 5-0), and Joint Electronic Warfare Doctrine

-Ability to brief large groups of people and senior military officers

-TS/SCI clearance

-MA or MS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Electronic Warfare operations, planning, tactics, techniques, and procedures

-Knowledge of Anti Access Area Denial (A2AD) threats and systems

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Graduate of US Air Force Weapons School, Air War College or equivalent, School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or Joint equivalent, Squadron Officer School or equivalent, or Command and General Staff College or equivalent preferred

-Completion of USAF Advanced Space Orientation Course preferred

-Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Test 102 Certification

-Security+ Certification
