Test Coordinator, Senior

Key Role:

Research applicable documents, including capability development documents, capability production documents, product specifications, and Army regulations to develop and staff for approval Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) to support program milestones. Oversee or conduct Test and Evaluation (T&E) Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and ensure adequacy of associated test plans, procedures, and test execution, and closure on all test issues. Evaluate test data, assess risks, and develop test result summaries for leadership briefings, suitability statements, and milestone decisions. Work with assistant product managers, product leads, and PMs to comprehend interfaces and address and resolve integration issues. Review test plans, test procedures, test reports, and system assessment reports for adequacy, accuracy, and identification of issues. Use test plans or other program data or research to develop fiscal year ammunition requirements to support programs. Track all testing planned, maintain a master test schedule, and share data with Army T&E personnel for test synchronization.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience as a test coordinator overseeing the preparations and administration of system testing and resolving complex technical issues

-Experience with test and evaluation

-Ability to lead test efforts on assigned programs with minimal oversight from the government

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in non-IT Defense Acquisition systems and military Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)

-DAWIA Level III T&E Certification or equivalent experience in developing test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures for testing, documenting test results, and working with testing team to ensure adherence to requirements and identify efficient processes to increase testing reliability
