Test Coordinator

Key Role:

Conduct and coordinate tests of considerable complexity pertaining to the development of new designs, methods, materials or products for an Army client. Analyze, coordinate, and update test and evaluation master plans (TEMPs) and test and evaluation (T&E) strategies. Work with test organizations on scheduling and resourcing for developmental testing (DT) and operational testing (OT), review test plans and reports, support test readiness reviews, monitor and report on DT or OT testing, and manage test incident report (TIR) responses. Monitor and report developmental and operational testing for client programs, including liaising with other commands and agencies. Support the evaluation of system performance in all testing, review system evaluation plans, strategies, and reports, and prepare input for suitability statements. Develop forecasts for ammunition to support product testing, as required and work with test agencies on allocation and scheduling. Maintain test and evaluation data and documentation and compile technical performance metrics.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience as a test coordinator for a DoD acquisition program 

-Knowledge of scheduling, resourcing, monitoring, and reporting for developmental and operational testing, reviewing test plans and reports, supporting test readiness reviews, and preparing, tracking, and managing test incident report responses

-Ability to evaluate system performance in all testing, review system evaluation plans, strategies, and reports, and prepare input for suitability statements

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in Engineering


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a test coordinator for the Army


Clearance:
