Threat Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Work in a fast-paced environment in support of a DoD client to provide threat intelligence analysis. Leverage counterintelligence, personnel security, Cybersecurity, human resources, law enforcement, and resources to identify and counter threats. Conduct all-source research, analysis, and fusion of traditional and non-traditional sources of information. Aggregate, analyze, and evaluate all available DoD government and open source information to assist with the evaluation of a potential risk. Build metrics reports, summaries, case studies, and trend reports. Brief analyses to senior leaders orally and in writing. Assist with the preparation and production of risk warning and situational awareness reports related to threat issues.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with conducting intelligence analysis on nation-state, non-state, or threat groups

-5 years of experience as an SME in the areas of threats, counterintelligence, or personnel security

-4 years of experience with supporting the military or DoD population
-Experience with using multiple intelligence databases to query, triage, and assemble threat reporting with national security areas, including the IC

-Experience with conducting risk assessments and presenting findings to a variety of audiences, including senior decision makers

-Knowledge of threat intelligence tradecraft, including structured analytic, contrarian, and imaginative analytic techniques

-Ability to use research tools, including SIEM Splunk and Elastic Stack, DLP Symantec and Digital Guardian, and UEBA Securonix and Exabeam
-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

-IAM or IAT Level II Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Threat Program Manager Certification
