Tool Management Support Analyst, Mid

Key Role:
Provide technical and user support to maintain applications or other CM or Agile tools. Provide technical and user support to transition the new client portal or version management tool, including SharePoint to facilitate conversion from new client tools. Provide technical and user support to deploy the Configuration Management Version Management tool or other version tools. Support the SME in implementing vendor management and training. Establish and maintain source code baselines. Train staff on internal tools.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
-Experience with eliciting requirements and designing, coding, testing, and troubleshooting state of the art software applications
-Experience with elicitation, story board preparation, workflow identification, workflow automation, application design and development, and functional testing
-Experience with training staff
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with military health
-MA or MS degree
