Key Role:

Prepare, administer, and deliver both simulation support and Mission Command Information Systems (MCiS) training, including classroom and over-the-shoulder, based on military exercise requirements, such as Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Joint Capabilities Release (JCR), and Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS). Train military users on simulation systems, including Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM), Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS), Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM), Multiple Unified Simulation Environment/Virtual Reality Scene Generator (MUSE/VRSG), and Virtual Battlespace Version 3 (VBS3). Serve as a lead instructor for assigned systems and as an assistant instructor for remaining systems and serve as a site representative in a community of practice working group, as directed. Serve as an onsite subject matter expert providing technical expertise and system support during training exercises and assist with system troubleshooting and exercise site set-up, configurations, system checks, system testing, and tear down after exercise completion. Participate in special projects and perform additional duties to support client requirements, as required. This position is located at Fort Bliss, TX with day-to-day operations at McGregor Range, NM.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with one or more Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint

-Ability to deliver operator-level training in a classroom environment in accordance with established Mission Training Complex (MTC) TSPs

-Ability to support military training exercises for extended hours in a semi-austere environment, during evenings, weekends, and some federal holidays

-Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job

-Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and to drive a company leased or rented vehicle

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with conducting military training exercises

-Experience with delivering simulation systems and Mission Command Information Systems (MCiS) training

-Experience in working with or training in any of the following systems: Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Distributed Common Ground System - Army (DCGS-A), Joint Capabilities Release (JCR), Warfighters’ Simulation (WARSIM), Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS), Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM), Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) and system subcomponents, Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE), Virtual Battlespace Version 3 (VBS3), and Virtual Reality Scene Generator (VRSG)

-Experience as a military instructor, including trained as a digital master gunner, in battle staff operations, or in command post operations a plus

-Ability to deliver operator-level training in a classroom and over-the-shoulder environment per training support packages
