Trainer

Key Role:

Provide skills-based training to users on intelligence client and mission partner equipment, data processors, and software or hardware applications. Recommend training requirements in the areas of intelligence client equipment and application use and proficiency for military professional development centers and schools, operational units, and national agencies. Provide training using post-event data and product analysis for specific user issues. Provide training on how to apply intelligence client equipment, data, and applications to specific threats or regional issues. Provide knowledge-based education to military, intelligence community (IC), civil, and national users of intelligence client data and derived intelligence products.


Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with designing educational materials, including codifying learning objectives, developing curricula, and designing and producing briefs, manuals, videos, and educational training tools and courses

-10+ years of experience with working in the intelligence community (IC)

-5+ years of experience with conducting knowledge-based instruction on client systems and architectures

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience as an intelligence analyst in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to maintain expert-level applied knowledge of current and future intelligence client systems, including architectures, constellations, sensors, dissemination, exploitation, collection management, derived intelligence products, and support to operations

-Ability to assess plans and conduct skill-based training on intelligence client systems and architectures for DoD and IC operators and analysts

-Ability to design training materials, including codifying learning objectives, developing curricula, and designing and producing briefs, manuals, videos, and multimedia training tools or courses

-Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and in a team environment

-Ability to be flexible to adapt to changing situations

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
