Training and Development Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Develop, direct, plan, and evaluate all training activities to meet the organization’s job and role requirements. Manage and ensure the timely completion of specific and defined multi–discipline learning programs and apply expertise in common rapid eLearning authoring tools. Design and develop complex–level interactive courseware for training and serve as an internally recognized specialist in the learning and development space while measuring and evaluating programs to ensure consistency and quality of the design, deployment, branding, and business impact. Develop and nurture client relationships and work closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop and implement learning strategies, programs, and processes for the effective usage of the organization’s human capital. Demonstrate in–depth project and financial management experience, including identifying, qualifying, selecting, and monitoring vendors and suppliers and negotiating final contracts.


Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with designing, developing, and implementing instructor–led and eLearning products

-Experience with learning technologies, including Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate and designing and implementing learning solutions using social, mobile, video, or micro–learning

-Experience as a consultant and with presenting to and interacting with senior leaders in a consultative manner

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to translate complex concepts and data into graphically appealing and easy-to-understand presentations

-Ability to analyze and de–conflict information from a variety of sources to form instructionally sound course content

-Ability to create supporting course documentation, including design documents, storyboards, art style guides, and learning objectives

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree
