Training and System Transition Lead

Key Role:

Lead tasks associated with initial, specialized, technical, and administrative training for developed and procured applications and systems associated with intelligence, processing, exploitation, and dissemination. Ensure staff can use and manage systems and applications being fielded and supported effectively. Manage the documentation of training manuals and transition milestones. Manage user familiarity training and system management training at CONUS and OCONUS locations for government and non-government personnel and training specifically developed for approved foreign nationals. Manage the internal evaluator development training program. Supervise the conduct of classes, including associated training aids, exercises, and tests.

Basic Qualifications:

-20+ years of experience with the military, including airborne

-8 years of experience with a Combatant Command, service component, or service headquarters

-6+ years of experience with providing Joint training system development and system transition to users

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

-TS/SCI clearance

-MS degree

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience on an Army brigade staff or higher or service equivalent

-Experience as a Battalion Operations officer, including Army or a sister equivalent

-Experience with real world contingency operations deployment

-Knowledge of the Kirkpatrick learning model

-Knowledge of the Kotter change management process

-Ability to search, visualize, and render presented data geospatially

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills for addressing senior officers at the Colonel level or above

-ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Project Management (ICP-APM) Certification

-Graduate of the Army or a sister service Command and General Staff College (CGSC)
