Training Developer

Key Role:

Analyze, design, and develop training solutions with the Army's Human Resources (HR) domain. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders on course content and provide analysis and recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement changes and document changes in multiple systems to ensure proper resourcing. Assist with the implementation of training and assess the effectiveness of training solutions. Document all work in accordance with existing policies and regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with Army Human Resources

-Experience with using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Knowledge of the US Army's training development processes

-Knowledge of the ADDIE process

-Ability to work as part of a dynamic team of developers to produce quality training products

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Army HR information systems

-Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft

-Possession of excellent consulting skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree preferred

-US Army Instructor or Training Developer Certification a plus
