Training/Organizational Development, Senior

Key Role:
Serve as an expert for leadership development program activities, including classroom teaching and facilitation, curriculum development, facilitation of experiential activities, and the execution of administrative duties for a multi-level leadership development program in a global, matrixed organization. Maintain responsibility for continuously improving and measuring the impact of a defined leadership development portfolio of courses and programs. Collaborate with a team of professionals that apply deep leadership development expertise, project and program management, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with leadership development, including development, delivery, and evaluation and using learning technology and simulations and classroom facilitation
-Experience with program evaluation, including learning and development best practices
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications: 
-5+ years of experience in leading and facilitating groups, making presentations, and working with senior leadership teams, including change management methodologies and best practices, strategic planning, and team development
-Experience with the DoD and IC preferred
-Experience with working in a global, matrixed organization
-Experience with the design, development, and implementation of a corporate leadership development strategy and related service offerings and curricula 
-Experience with program management and senior-level facilitation 
-Experience in working with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and design training solutions 
-MBA, MA, or MS degree
-Franklin Covey Leadership Certification
-MBTI, FIRO-B, TKI, DiSC, Team Management Profile, and Center for Creative Leadership 360 Assessment Suite Certifications
-Completion of an International Coaching Federation coaching program
