Training SME, Mid

Key Role:

Perform in support of the Program Management Office (PMO) working with the System Integrator (SI) Training Developer/Instructor for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A). Review training products delivered by the SI and participate in development strategy sessions. Comprehend the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process and Agile development concept. Comprehend the planning, designing, developing, testing, and delivering of training and products using the Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) 12.0 in computer-based training, instructor led training, and asynchronous and synchronous distance learning. Participate in Army PM forums for stakeholder collaboration and other SDLC and training purposes.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with developing training products for DoD information systems

-2 years of experience with instructing users on automated systems

-Experience with leveraging the full capabilities of UPK’s Knowledge Center, including documenting course completion and exporting completion results to other systems, such as a learning management system

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Vision

-Knowledge of TRADOC Regulation 350–70, Systems Approach to Training (SAT), and management processes and products

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree 

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with training in an ERP environment with PeopleSoft HCM preferred

-Experience with the Army Learning Model (ALM) preferred

-Experience with training on PeopleSoft HCM and ELM software

-Experience with training Army military personnel or on the pay system

-Experience with Agile software development processes
