Transportation Account Leader

Key Role:

Orchestrate, develop, and lead account management efforts to manage and grow key customer accounts in transportation market through relationships as a strategic business partner and rusted adviser to executive Cybersecurity clients. Lead the full client engagement life cycle, including relationship building, marketing, opportunity shaping, proposal development, through delivery, quality and execution oversight. Drive key customer relationships with responsibility for maturing and growing a target account, lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality Cyber capabilities to clients within target accounts. Work closely with EVP for industry accounts, market vertical director, director of capability integration, fellow account leaders, and account teams in a highly collaborative environment. Drive internal operations to support high-quality business growth.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience working in a leadership role related to Cybersecurity programs and commercial account management   

-Experience with business deals to deliver strategy, technology, and management consulting solutions in the commercial, private-sector markets and Cybersecurity related

-Ability to show a proven track record of success leading teams through the entire client engagement process, including relationship building, marketing, opportunity shaping, proposal development, and delivery and execution oversight

-Ability to show a track record of initiating and sustaining excellent customer relationships with major commercial clients

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent presentation skills

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience leading scrum teams and the Agile methodologies

-Ability to show meaningful engagement in the automotive industry with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers

-MA or MS degree preferred

-Cybersecurity technical certifications
